Through coaching, we’ll work together to identify and overcome mental hurdles, behaviors, patterns, or fears that have kept you from pursuing or reaching your personal, professional, or wellness goals. Then, we’ll develop a plan to help you do the work needed to achieve your goals. By the end of our time working together, you’ll be on your way to living the life you've always wanted to live, becoming the person you've always wanted to be, and doing all God has created you to do.


About me: I'm a certified life coach with a Master's in Management and a Bachelor's in Social Psychology. My coaching journey began after I separated from the Air Force and started a career in personal training. While training clients, I noticed how much their mindset and holistic wellness (mental, physical, and spiritual) impacted the results they achieved or did not achieve from personal training. 

This realization, along with my own experiences, caused me to shift to life coaching, where I could focus on helping the whole person rather than just their physical fitness. Now, I use my education, knowledge, and experiences to help women live fulfilling and purpose-filled lives through coaching. I would love to work with you, too!

Coaching vs. Therapy

With coaching, a client works with a non-healthcare professional to clarify goals and identify obstacles and problematic behaviors to create action plans to achieve desired results. A coach takes the client’s current starting point as an acceptable neutral ground and is more action-based from that point onward.

In therapy, a patient works with a licensed therapist, psychologist, counselor, or healthcare professional and focuses on the past and introspection and analysis, hoping to resolve past issues and create a happier, more stable future.
