Note: Coaching is not Therapy

With coaching, a client works with a non-healthcare professional to clarify goals, identify obstacles, and identify problematic behaviors, creating action plans to achieve desired results. A coach takes the client’s current starting point as an acceptable neutral ground and becomes more action-based from that point onward.

The Coach will engage in direct, personal, and confidential conversations with the Client during the sessions. The nature of the Services may include discussions about personal aspects of the Client’s life, including but not limited to specific personal struggles, business matters, workplace issues, or general circumstances in the Client’s personal life.

Coaching may include value clarification, brainstorming, identifying plans of action, examining modes of operation in the Client’s life, asking clarifying questions, and making empowering requests or suggestions for action. Additionally, with Christian life coaching, prayer will be involved in the sessions, and the Client may be asked to reflect on difficult topics or situations.

In therapy, a patient works with a licensed therapist, psychologist, counselor, or healthcare professional and focuses on the past and introspection and analysis, hoping to resolve past issues and create a happier, more stable future.

When meeting, if I determine therapy is a more suitable path for you to reach your goals, I will let you know.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911 immediately.

“I enjoyed my coaching session with Ivanna dearly. She is a wise woman of God, and I loved talking with her. The topics we discussed gave me clarity and peace of mind. I feel motivated to keep my focus on Jesus Christ. I highly recommend receiving Christian life coaching from Ivanna Baron!”

- Marilyn F.

“Coaching with Ivanna is seriously what I needed! I’ve always had people trying to tell me what to do but not how to do it, and this is what Ivanna brought me: the HOW TO DO IT! I now have everything I need to be successful on my wellness journey. Ivanna put me on the road to success!! I couldn’t have gotten here without her!”

- Cathy H.

“Ivanna is truly an inspiration. She was my first example of fitness and the person I followed online who got me into it. The fact that she is a sister in Christ and shares her faith makes her even more inspirational. I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with her as a coach and trainer.”
