Life Coaching.
Through coaching, we’ll work together to identify and overcome obstacles and mindsets that have prevented you from reaching your personal, professional, spiritual, or wellness goals. I’ll help you get organized, clarify your goals, and create a sustainable plan to achieve them.
I’m a certified Christian life coach with a bachelor's degree in social psychology and a master’s in management. I love encouraging women and helping them reach their goals, and I would love to help you as well. Complete the form below to learn more about coaching or to request a discovery coaching call.
Please note: coaching calls are conducted virtually, and I offer coaching sessions in the evenings and on weekends.
Coaching vs. Therapy
With coaching, a client works with a non-healthcare professional to clarify goals, identify obstacles, and identify problematic behaviors, creating action plans to achieve desired results. A coach takes the client’s current starting point as an acceptable neutral ground and becomes more action-based from that point onward.
The Coach is not a registered psychologist, psychiatrist, or licensed therapist. The Service does not include therapy or any medical or psychiatric treatment. In signing this Agreement, the Client agrees that if any mental health difficulties arise during the Service, the Client will immediately notify the Coach to discuss an appropriate referral to any treating specialist. The Service is not an alternative to physical, mental, and/or psychological therapy and/or professional licensed counseling.
The Coach will engage in direct, personal, and confidential conversations with the Client during the sessions. The nature of the Services may include discussions about personal aspects of the Client’s life, including but not limited to specific personal struggles, business matters, workplace issues, or general circumstances in the Client’s personal life.
The Service may include value clarification, brainstorming, identifying plans of action, examining modes of operation in the Client’s life, asking clarifying questions, and making empowering requests or suggestions for action. Additionally, prayer will be involved in the Sessions, and the Client may be asked to reflect on difficult topics or situations.
In therapy, a patient works with a licensed therapist, psychologist, counselor, or healthcare professional and focuses on the past and introspection and analysis, hoping to resolve past issues and create a happier, more stable future.

“Coaching with Ivanna is seriously what I needed! I’ve always had people trying to tell me what to do but not how to do it, and this is what Ivanna brought me: the HOW TO DO IT! I now have everything I need to be successful on my wellness journey. Ivanna put me on the road to success!! I couldn’t have gotten here without her!”
— Cathy H.
“Ivanna is truly an inspiration. She was my first example of fitness and the person I followed online who got me into it. The fact that she is a sister in Christ and shares her faith makes her even more inspirational. I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with her as a coach and trainer.”
