About Me
Hi, I’m Ivanna Baron. I’m a believer, wife, mom of two, Air Force veteran, writer, and certified life coach. I have a master’s degree in management and a bachelor’s in social psychology. Here, I share practical tips and ideas for personal growth, wellness, and faith.
When I’m not writing, I enjoy spending time with my family, caring for my houseplants, working out, or savoring a great cup of coffee, whether at home or in a cozy little coffee shop.
I understand how life’s challenges can impact our lives and wellbeing; I’ve experienced this firsthand.
At one point in my life, after a series of challenging events, I began to experience anxiety; this was one of the darkest times in my life.
After suffering for a while, I decided I did not want to live in that dark place, and I sought help.
I leaned into my faith in God through prayer and fasting, and I gained control of my thoughts through behavioral therapy.
I also made lifestyle changes, such as implementing a consistent exercise routine and improving my diet.
I surveyed my environment and decluttered things that were adding stress to my life. I also eliminated activities and habits that no longer served me.
I’m thankful that with the help of God and through lifestyle changes, I have been able to manage anxiety and navigate challenging life circumstances when they arise and have the tools I need to do so.
Now, I share what I’ve learned to help others. Thank you for visiting; I hope you find something helpful and encouraging here today. Join my newsletter to get new content updates to your inbox.
