About Me.

Hi, I’m Ivanna Baron. I’m a Christian, wife, and mom of two. I’m also an Air Force veteran, analyst, writer, mental health advocate, and certified Christian Life Coach. I have a master's degree in Management and a bachelor's degree in Social Psychology. In my free time, I love caring for my plants, drinking coffee, exercising, and volunteering in the mental health ministry at my church.

I understand how life challenges and circumstances can impact our mental health and wellness; I’ve experienced this first hard. At one point in my life, after a series of challenging events, I began to experience severe anxiety; this was one of the darkest times in my life. After suffering for a while, I decided I did not want to live in that dark place, and I sought help.

I leaned into my faith in God through prayer and fasting, and I gained control of my thoughts through behavioral therapy. I also made lifestyle changes, such as implementing a consistent exercise routine and improving my diet. I surveyed my environment and decluttered things that were adding stress to my life. I also eliminated activities and habits that no longer served me.

I’m grateful to God that, by making the changes I mentioned and trusting him, I have the tools I need to cope with and overcome anxiety whenever it arises and can now share my story and experiences and offer practical tips and ideas to help and encourage others who may be experiencing the same things.

Thank you for visiting; I hope you find something encouraging and helpful here today.
