ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Ivanna Baron. I’m a Christian, wife, and mom of two. I’m also an Air Force veteran, analyst, writer, encourager, certified life coach, and mental health and wellness advocate. I’m a lifelong learner with a Master’s in Management and a Bachelor’s in Social Psychology. In addition to creating content, I love caring for my plants, drinking coffee, and exercising.

Like many others, I’ve faced challenges and endured hard times. I understand how past traumas and hurts can impact our quality of life and our ability to thrive; I’ve experienced this firsthand. At one point in my life, I began experiencing anxiety and depression; this was one of the most challenging times in my life. 

After suffering for a while, I decided I would not live in that dark place and sought help. Through prayer and fasting, I leaned into my faith in God and got control of my thoughts with behavioral therapy. I changed my life and habits by simplifying and decluttering, creating a consistent exercise routine, improving my diet, and deciding to live more intentionally.

I’m grateful that by implementing lifestyle modifications, I’ve managed anxiety and depression, and I’m thankful to God for helping me through every challenge I’ve ever faced.
