Places to Eat in Denver - It's Worth Trying
In an effort to share more of what I have been up to and enjoying in life lately, I decided I wanted to start a new series here on my blog called “It’s Worth Trying”. I am all about sharing things with friends and family that I feel are worth trying and that I’ll try again.
I’ll be sharing these posts a couple times a month so be sure to check back to see what I’ve been doing and get some ideas. This week I am focusing on food around Denver.
Steuben’s Food Service
Steuben’s Food Service is a Diner in Denver that I tried last week with the family. I loved the place from the moment we walked in because of it’s retro / vintage vibes and decor.
But what made it better is that the food was amazing of course! The menu wasn’t too overwhelming which I liked. I get stressed out with too many menu options LOL. We went during brunch so they had a specific menu for that time.
I decided to go for the MONTE CRISTO which had ham, turkey, Swiss + American cheese, battered + deep fried, powdered sugar, side of house-made raspberry preserves. It was AMAZING.
The kid’s both got Chicken and Waffles and Germaine got the Cuban sandwich. My father in law also went and he got a smothered burrito. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. If you are in Denver and looking for a place to eat It’s Worth Trying!
Market’s and Food Hall’s
There have been market places popping up all around Denver over the last few years. Every time I look up we discover a new one. I really like visiting them because you have the opportunity to try different restaurants and shops all in one place.
Junk Food and Dessert
Zero Degrees recently opened here and it is a delicious junk food paradise if I had to describe it. Hot Cheetos cheese fries, carne asada fries, fried garlic butter shrimp and Mexican fruit cups are on the list of things we enjoyed from there.
It’s a treat day place you can’t miss! We ate the food so fast I didn’t get a picture LOL but check out their menu for yourself here .
Another dessert place we tried out is a rolled ice cream spot called Milk Roll. It was pretty good and the process is cool to watch. I got a vegan ice cream which tasted good and they give you a lot.
Ok friends, that’s all for this week. I hope you enjoyed this and got some ideas of food places to try in Denver. Check back for a new post of things I think are worth trying.
